We can assist in the handling and defense of any criminal case be it a violation, misdemeanor or felony.  Attorney Shadallah has been a defense attorney for nearly 40 years and prior to joining the office Attorney Barletta was an Assistant District Attorney in Massachusetts where she handled hundreds of criminal cases.

As part of our family and divorce practice, we can assist in either the prosecution or defense of domestic violence cases.  Our office has handled hundreds of these types of cases. 

In addition, Attorney Barletta was the Supervisor of the Domestic Violence prosecution unit as an Assistant District Attorney in the Lawrence District Court.

Our office has handled many cases seeking compensation for clients who have suffered personal injury as a result of the negligence of others, including automobile accidents and claims for injuries resulting from the carelessness of property owners.  There is no fee in such a case unless we obtain recovery for the client.
