We have extensive experience in these types of cases. We handle divorce cases from the simple to the complex in New Hampshire and Massachusetts as well as cases involving legal separation, paternity, child support, alimony, parenting issues, pre and post nuptial agreements and other family and marital matters.

Attorney Barletta is also a Certified Guardian Ad Litem in New Hampshire.

Criminal Defense

Our office handles the defense of numerous and varied criminal cases in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  Our attorneys have tried dozens of criminal cases to verdict both in front of juries and judges.  We regularly handle cases in both the District Court and Superior Court including such matters as DWI, Reckless Operation, other motor vehicle cases, drug cases, assault cases and white collar crime cases just to mention a few. 


We can assist in the handling and defense of any criminal case be it a violation, misdemeanor or felony.  Attorney Shadallah has been a defense attorney for nearly 40 years and prior to joining the office Attorney Barletta was an Assistant District Attorney in Massachusetts where she handled hundreds of criminal cases.

Business Litigation and Disputes

Our office can also assist in the resolution of business disputes either through negotiation or litigation.  We have handled numerous cases involving disputes among business owners, stockholders and officers as well as handling a variety of breach of contract cases.

Domestic Violence

As part of our family and divorce practice, we can assist in either the prosecution or defense of domestic violence cases.  Our office has handled hundreds of these types of cases. 

In addition, Attorney Barletta was the Supervisor of the Domestic Violence prosecution unit as an Assistant District Attorney in the Lawrence District Court.

Land Use Disputes

Our office can also assist in land use disputes including zoning violations, boundary disputes among neighbors and adjoining property owners, easements and rights of way.

Personal Injury

Our office has handled many cases seeking compensation for clients who have suffered personal injury as a result of the negligence of others, including automobile accidents and claims for injuries resulting from the carelessness of property owners.  There is no fee in such a case unless we obtain recovery for the client.
